My name is Adam Senour. I am an independent web designer serving companies in the Greater Toronto Area as well as internationally. I cater primarily to small businesses, although I have also done website work for mid-sized and large companies.
As you will see by reading this section of my site, I have developed a professional perspective over the years that has allowed me to distinguish myself as one of the most unique and talented designers in the world, and someone that can help your small business.
I take on no more than 20 clients at one time. This allows me the time to study and understand my clients' businesses and to give each of my clients the individual attention that they deserve.
In order for me to deliver the best possible service to you, it is imperative that I understand and believe in your website and your business, as well as my ability to take both to the next level. I research all prospective clients as much as is reasonably possible before agreeing to work with them; this includes but is not limited to physical visits to client locations, speaking to employees at all levels to get a feel for the business from as many perspectives as possible, and Internet research where applicable. The research I perform is ongoing, as company situations do change.
This research allows me to ensure that we will be able to collaborate and provide the best possible finished product. You can rest assured that you will be retaining a web designer and developer who isn't just going to treat your website as another web design portfolio piece, but as a website that has a legitimate chance for long-term growth and success. I will use every tool at my disposal to ensure that your website is the profitable entity that it should be.

The last thing in the world you need is for someone to use jargon or technical terms to explain him/herself. I understand this, and use plain, simple English to communicate with my clients.
If I feel that something won't work or that something can be improved upon, I will tell you directly and without sugar-coating any explanations, and I'm not afraid to deal with the truth in kind.
I have incorporated a number of subtle, yet effective ways to improve my clients' websites. I proofread copy, making suggestions for improvements and/or asking questions where appropriate. I work with clients to come up with original, custom solutions to their specific problems and needs. I can do the same for you as well.
I have worked in the web design field on some level since 1999. I have built applications and websites that were wildly successful…and yes, I have also built applications and websites that didn't perform to expectations. I have learned from both my successes and my failures and always strive to do so.
Over the years, I have continually experimented with and tweaked my code and layout concepts to come up with unique ways to present content first to the end user. This led to the introduction of a side project of mine, Search Engine Friendly Layouts. Search Engine Friendly Layouts (launched in February 2006) was one of the first sites that illustrated the relationship between search-engine-friendly design and user-friendly design; all of the layouts were designed to present the most important website element (i.e. content) first, with menus and other non-content elements to be displayed afterward.
