Please note that, while these terms and conditions are somewhat extensive, do not affect the vast majority of web users. If you are a potential customer, and are looking for information about me, then most of this information will not have an impact on you in any way, shape, or form.
The adamwebdesign.ca website makes use of an anonymous stats tracking package called Google Analytics. It presents aggregate summary information of how the adamwebdesign.ca website is being used, as part of my ongoing effort to serve my clients in the best possible manner.
Only anonymous user information is gathered and displayed in summary form. Absolutely no personal information is gathered, and I have no way of tracking individual user visiting habits. This maintains your individual privacy while giving me an understanding of what is working on my site and what is not.
Logos and screen captures are the intellectual property of my clients and used with permission. All other images on this site, as well as all textual passages, are my intellectual property and may not be reused, redistributed, or retransmitted in any way, shape or form.
At various points throughout my website, I elect to use forms to gather structured information and serve you better. This section outlines what I do with said information and how I handle it.
If you are a client or potential client of mine, this section does not apply to you. This section is intended solely for the purposes of addressing any solicitations and automated and/or manual attempts to spam the adamwebdesign.ca website.
This website was created as an information and sales portal representing the services of Adam Senour and, as such, no other solicitation is permitted whatsoever unless a specific request is made on this website for solicitation of a specific service.. This includes, but is not limited to, outsourced design/development firms, web hosts, telephone service providers, ISPs, colocation providers, computer hardware and software companies, and consultants.
I reserve the right to distribute the results of any manual or automated inquiry that does not represent a customer inquiry at my sole discretion. This includes, but is not necessarily limited to, publication of any automated requests to spam forms that I have created on this site and my clients' sites at F.S. (Form Spammer) Base, my public spammer repository.
I also reserve the right at my sole discretion to generate an invoice of "net 15" terms for an amount of no less than $50 CDN as compensation for any inconvenience caused by such solicitation. Furthermore, I reserve the right to generate an invoice for a greater amount at its sole discretion, depending on the level of inconvenience incurred. GST will be added to this total for those individuals and companies who do business in Canada.
If you are a legitimate customer or potential customer of mine, I will not sell or rent any information that you provide me to resolve your inquiry at any point before, during or after our business relationship. In the cases where it is required that I give away or otherwise distribute your information, I will not do so without acquiring your prior consent first (e.g. if I need to distribute your information to a credit card payment processor in order to complete a merchant account application).
Each form on the adamwebdesign.ca website includes a clear explanation as to the nature of the form and how I use the information that you provide to me via said form. Regardless of the nature of the form, however, the policy contained within this page will be upheld first and foremost.
