Web Design Client - Bernardo Ramirez
Needs
In July of 2011, I was approached by a new Spanish-Christian recording label to produce a template for a series of websites for artists. Bernardo Ramirez was the first artist to require a website.
How I Met Those Needs
Initial Layout
I was able to create a unique, but simple layout using a logo and pictures supplied by the client.
Custom Database Design
I created a custom database that allows for additional artists to be added to the site itself; different domains will point to different sites.
Custom Photo Scroller
This site contains a custom photo gallery scroller. As the client adds/deletes/modifies images, the scroller will be rendered accordingly.
Self-Administration
The recording label can modify any information pertaining to the artist and this site.
Successes
I was able to create a customized database-driven website that allows the recording label to modify information for each artist added to the site.
The client is still altering artist info at this time.
